The check-in counters will be opened 3 hours before the Standard Time of Departure.

Normally, refund processing will be completed within 30 days from the day of confirmation and it should be refunded to the card used for payment.

Please be advised that Baby strollers are carried free and will not be calculated against the free baggage allowance. They may be used up to the boarding gate. Passengers MUST SIGN the Limited Release Tag (LRT) at the check-in counter. 

You can book a maximum of 9 passengers for a reservation.

The e-ticket will be sent to the registered email after payment is received, if you don't receive it, please check your mailbox (inbox, spam, junk...) first, and then send the email to booking@malindo-airways.com for further support if it's still not in your mailboxes.

Kindly use the registered email and airline code to check booking status on our site.

Please note that special meals should be ordered before the flight for preparation.

Passengers with single-word names (e.g. "Khairunnisa"), please enter "Khairunnisa " on both fields First Name and Last Name.

Please be advised that the passenger is not permitted to substitute or change the named passenger after the ticket is issued.
